I’ve been training at ABD Shrewsbury for about six weeks now, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. I started with little to no background, and from the very first class I felt comfortable, supported, and motivated to keep coming back. The instructors are outstanding, highly skilled, supportive, and truly invested in helping you improve. Sensei Sarah and Mr. Jimmy do an incredible job creating a challenging, encouraging, and confidence-building environment. What really stands out is the realistic, practical approach to self-defense that makes every class feel useful and relevant. The workouts are challenging but manageable, even for beginners. I’ve gained a noticeable boost in confidence in a short amount of time. My fellow classmates are also supportive, respectful, and motivating which makes the experience even better. I would absolutely recommend America’s Best Defense to anyone looking to learn real self-defense while getting a great workout.

I've been doing it for 6 years and its really fun with a lot of different programs for kids and adults with fun seminars and parents nights outs on the side. All the instructors are very nice and fun to talk to.

This place is amazing! In all aspects, from the knowledgeable staff who take the time to make sure you are understanding the materials being given and who will motovate you every step of the way to your fellow classmates who become great friends. Everything about this place is a fantastic experience. If your on the fence about starting a workout routine look no further, and you get to learn the valuable skill of self defense and confidence along the way!
