Absolutely fantastic - provided great customer service, very personable, made an effort to make you feel like you were the only one making a purchase and provide wonderful options prior to the purchase. Would highly recommend and I have love my selections. I would not go any other company.

Yesterday, my husband and I went into Zephyr Rugs looking for a living room rug and also a rug for under our dining room table. We were immediately greeted by Jack who was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Then the owner, Vicky,, came in with a wealth of information that she so generously shared. She explained the different types of rugs, the manufacturing process, and even offered color suggestions when I showed her photos of the rooms where we would be placing the rugs. We were happily surprised to see how many choices we had that were at affordable prices and ended up buying two gorgeous rugs delivered by Jack - today. We had a lovely experience at Zephyr. I do not have a natural talent decorating rooms and came in not really knowing what kind of rug would work in my space. Vicky asked for photos of the room, I showed her and she immediately helped me select a rug that would bring out the colors in the room and brighten it all up. She was insistent that I would love it when I got home and I absolutely did! I would highly recommend anyone purchase from zephyr. The rugs are beautiful and are made with all natural dyes and materials. It was well worth the money!
