We just had mini splits installed by Gary and his team and it was such an easy and efficient process. Gary was incredibly efficient scheduling an on-site visit and sending a recommendation and quote, even though he was very busy as we were in the middle of a long heatwave. His proposal was very detailed and highlighted all the decisions we needed to make and what we should consider. Our job was scheduled promptly and completed in one day. Gary and his team worked well together and were very respective and considerate the entire time they were on site. He even processed the rebate for us and made the entire process straight forward The quality of their work and products are top notch. They installed radiant heat for us a few years ago and did a fabulous job. He always responds promptly to calls an questions and his service level is outstanding. Because of our great experience with his previous installation and ongoing service, he was our obvious choice when we decided it was time for AC.
