I loved working with Rachel on the 12 series structural integration practice. She is a great practitioner and I highly recommend the 12 series for anyone interested in understanding and caring for their physical self.
I highly recommend the 12-step structural integration series with Rachel. After each session I felt more limber, connected to my physical well being and mentally elevated. Rachel has also given me great relief with with specific injuries and issues around osteoarthritis and back pain. Rachel, caring and thorough, is an amazing healing professional!
I am still experiencing good posture from the 12 series performed at Nobodyworks. My hip alignment has been off for 30+ years affecting my spine and knees. The correction continues although I had the series many months ago.
