Very friendly and helpful staff. Optical personnel very nice to children and parents alike. Cost of glasses could be a little more affordable for single parents. Maybe offer payment plan if don't already. My daughter's been through 2 rounds of VT and we appreciate the knowledge of Dr Clay and Dr Hannigan. Appreciate the great location in Noho.

this place is extraordinary! sometimes some restaurant or institution is so good I want to be Piggy and save it for myself. I certainly wouldn't want this place to get crowded. but the eye exams here are the most comprehensive I've ever had and I've gone to some very good eye doctors. they check everything, both using quite high tech instruments and good old-fashioned low-tech clinical experience and knowledge. everybody is really nice and helpful, including the front desk staff, the technicians, and especially the eye doctors. their experience and empathy show.
