I truly cannot recommend Shannon enough, she worked with our rescue pup as we introduced a new (human) baby into our home. What began as a very stressful dynamic has become a super positive relationship between our dog and newborn thanks very much in large part to Shannon's kindness and expertise.

Mel and Shannon have been invaluable resources for both daycare and training, and consistently go out of their way to accommodate, from last minute schedule changes to advice and support on behavior and training. I am completely at ease while she is in their care, and highly recommend to anyone who considers their pup a part of the family - they will, too!
