When the panic attacks wouldn't stop (after taking anti-depressants & anti-anxiety meds for years), I went to Ishmael as a last resort. The first hour was free (but this was maybe 4 or 5 years ago, so I don't know if first visits are still gratis). By the time he was finished, it felt as though every evil in my head had been exorcised. I was relaxed and light-headed and delighted. Many things have happened over the years, some traumatic. Integral somatic bodywork helps me cope better than Xanax and Doxepin ever could. Many thanks, Ishmael.

Ishmael saved my neck! Literally. I had a mishap while visiting the area and felt I needed help to prevent the physical and emotional trauma from getting stuck and causing chronic problems. Ishmael was able to see me promptly (on a Sunday, no less) and the session was very relaxing and very effective. Ishmael is a wise and sensitive healer. Thanks so much!

I've been going to Ishmael for years now. We've working on everything from stress, to PTSD, to general health and wellness. What I love about his practice is that you leave feeling deep relaxation and transformation. I've seen my life change and I've grown in so many ways thanks to Ishmael.
