The Ingellis Family Team exceeded my expectations on my car repair. The staff was professional and kind and my repair was done quickly and efficiently. The repair is so well done that I can't even tell where the damage occurred. I will definitely come back to Ingellis for any future auto body repairs.

After my boss had such a great experience with Ingellis, they were the first place I thought of when I got into an accident and I’m so glad I did. I was pretty panicked when I arrived, but the office manager was incredibly kind and calming, which made a huge difference. Matt is an absolute gem - knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. Had a very good experience here after my car got hit and rear hatch door needed replacing (bumpers too). Not a simple job. I chose Ingellis because they are a local partner of Mapfre (my insurance) and had good reviews. It worked out well - the financial part was so much easier dealing with a Marpfre-affiliated shop. This was not an easy job because of all the parts that had to be ordered so it did take some time. I cared more about the quality of the job and everything came back looking as new and the overall detailed clean of the entire care was a welcome finishing touch.
