had a really great experience today at Hero, it was my first time getting my hair cut in a real barber shop, so i was a little nervous but all of the staff was super kind and welcoming, based off of the way i heard everyone interacting with one another and with their clients, i can tell they really care ❣️?

I go every 3 weeks to get hair and beard touched up by Carm. Atmosphere is best of any place I've ever been.All staff is super friendly and I would recommend planning ahead since their schedules fill up quickly.

I went there for the first time today and got a cut from Jon. He was super sweet and gave me a great haircut! I highly recommend him!It is a lovely shop with lovely and fun people. It honestly felt so nice to be in this space. They offer a great selection of drinks while you are getting a haircut, which is quite unique for a barbershop. There are two adorable Black labs in the store and they are definitely a bonus that come with a haircut. Great haircut, awesome people, lovely space and dogs!!!
