I was very impressed with the care I received from Dr. Shatz for cataract surgery. He was willing to advise me when it came to the available choices and to help me come to a final decision about what would be best for me. He is a very skilled surgeon, and I felt I was in good hands, even though I was quite terrified about having anyone surgeon work on my eyes! My vision is now 20-20, and I'm able to read the finest print without glasses or contact lenses.
I love this place and my eye physician, Dr. Shield. The staff are always courteous, competent, warm, and welcoming. Dr. Shield was amazing — for all of the above reasons, but of course, even MORE so because he did my 2 cataract surgeries! I old recommend them to anyone (I always deep down resist doing that because then it means I have to SHARE!!!). Great office, great staff, GREAT doc.
My experience was excellent. I was nervous before the operation but all went very smoothly and there was no pain involved. My eyesight is excellent now and I am grateful to have it restored to nearly perfect. Thank you Dr. Shatz
