I can’t say enough good things about this place! My son and I went in looking for a guitar, and the staff were super patient, helpful and knowledgeable, and we went home with a wonderful instrument! My son is now taking lessons there with Graham, and he is AMAZING!!! We love this place and know you will too!
Needed a new pair of headphones - wireless with a mic. Man at the counter was a nice gentleman, well in his years.

I ordered a guitar through Downtown Sounds, and although it arrived with some issues (NOT Downtown Sounds' fault!), Tom in the Lutherie worked with me until all the kinks were worked out. He, and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful and filled me with confidence. Tom, in particular, went above and beyond to make me happy.
