I love having my hair colored and cut at this salon. Frankie, the owner is an excellent stylist. She listened to what I wanted and helped me come up with something that looked beautiful and was within my budget. Everyone who works here is professional. I like the place, but there are some problems I have experienced. The phone call never goes through. I went there in person a few times, finding that it was all booked. The owner promised to call me back once, but didn't actually do that. The last time I went there, they actually referred me to another random salon next door, as if I have trouble finding hair salons in Northampton:) oh well, guess my royalty was misplaced!
