Literally an *excellent* massage every time! Intuitive, kind and attentive therapists who offer incredible pressure, and great flow ~ some of the best massages I've ever had have been here. I've also gone many times for relief from tension headaches or knots in my shoulders: every time I've visited the Backstop (regardless of the reason I've booked) I leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated! Thank you Backstop!

Transformative massage! able to address the areas where my pain is……and haven always asked me for the type of pressure that works for me. One of the best reasons to go to Northampton! Highly recommend
