Reviews
I’m a therapist here at the Backstop on Thursdays from 3-8pm, but I’ve also been a client to all of our wonderful therapists. I’m always amazed at how just 15-20 minutes can totally shift my mood and help my shoulders relax.
This is a great service. All the therapists are professional, knowledgeable and have helped me relieve stress and relax in the middle of my workday. It is on the top of my list for self-care.
