“This is the best place for pilates and physical therapy. I had surgery on my rotator cuff and with the help of the professionals there, I was able to recover all of the movements of my arm.
I feel pretty lucky to have found them!
Pilates is also offered and the instructora are amazing!
I highly recommend it!”
“I live in Florida six months of the year. I have been working out for many years in Florida. I have changed gyms more than a half a dozen times due to lack of cleanliness, lack of commitment from ownership/ equipment broke down all the time.
Not only do I highly recommend Swansea Total Fitness, I realize and appreciate the commitment of ownership. There’s pieces of equipment I’ve seen here at STF that I’ve never seen anywhere else.
The staff is equally committed. The location is always well maintained. The atmosphere is great. What more can I say?
Look no further!
