We had our yearly routine for A/C and Heat Pump maintenance. Our service technician was Arlniel U. He was awesome. Very polite, respectful and knowledgeable about previous issues we've had. He made some great suggestions that we will follow once our A/C is on for the summer. We were very pleased with this fine young man. We are very pleased with all our service from Nashoba Air.

shawn is AMAZING! after having 2 company's come out and still having a broken heater, shawn was here for 10 minutes and realized what the problem was. not only was he able to fix it. but he used a part he already had and did it for free. I will definitely recommend him to anybody!
