Linda took the time to really understand what I was hoping to get out of the session and approached everything with true professionalism. She followed my lead with conversation, which I really appreciated, allowing me to fully relax.

I hadn’t been able to externally rotate my left arm since tearing a tendon nine months ago. By the end of the session, I could reach around my back without any pain—something I honestly didn’t think was possible yet. The improvement was incredible.
