Highly recommend Ostroski Plumbing & Heating! Greg and his team are excellent to work with. Our hot water heater suddenly stopped working, and Greg made sure we had a new one installed that same day, so we wouldn’t be stuck without hot water over the weekend. Talk about service! He was friendly, clearly explained everything, and gave us the best quote. We even received text updates as to when his team would be there. His team was efficient, polite, and answered all our questions. We will definitely be reaching out to Greg again in the future for all our plumbing and heating needs!
Called at 8:45am for a failed hot water heater. They arrived at 10:30 am on the same day. From the begining the the coordinator and technicians were very informative and communicated the entire process to me before starting. I would HIGHLY recommend Ostroski Plumbing to anyone that I speak with.
Totally satisfactory experience. Appointment was easy to make. I was informed immediately of any changes in arrival time due to unforeseen problems at previous job. Stephen was courteous, professional and very conscientious about the work he performed. Will definitely use Ostroski again when the need arises.
