Derek is THE BEST! I had a cookout a few weeks ago to which a nest of yellow jackets were not invited. Pest Assasins arrived the next day to treat a nest behind the brick of my house. There was a NOTICEABLE difference within a few hours and the cookout proceeded the following day without issue. Today, i had to have a retreatment through no fault of the company. The yellow jackets were just a bit better at hiding behind the brick. Derek listened to my concerns as to where I was finding their dead little bodies in the house and did a thorough inspection of the areas. He retreated and told me to what to watch for. . He reassured me that if I have further issues or concerns, do not hesitate to call. I could not be more pleased with the response, attention and service received. Thank you doesn't say enough!!
