Rob is the best! We had all the problems at our house...mice, shrew, flying squirrels in both basement and attack. We had tried multiple different vendors previously and everyone just gave us bandaids, but didn't solve the long term problem. Rob was extremely committed to solving our problem....proactively came to our house 7+ times over a few months to check traps, fix exclusion work etc. (without us needing to pester). Throughout all of this, he did not ask for any payment until the very end once we were all sure the job was done. He was a pleasure to work with, very reasonable and would 1000% recommend him to anyone with pest problems.

We discovered last spring that we had bats in our attic. They had probably been there for some time, we just didn’t know. Rob came out quickly after my first call, helped me to understand the issues and we put a plan in place to first exclude the bats with those 1-way traps, and then when the weather cooled off got into the attic to clean out the mess that the bats had left behind. Rob was patient with me in scheduling around other work we were having done, and when he and his crew did the cleanout it was thorough and complete. There was nothing left behind.A total pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend this team if you find you have a bat problem.

Literally the best in the business.We had a situation with a colony of bats in our attic. Matt was extremely responsive in getting us on the schedule. Rob came out to do a bat exclusion and was extremely knowledgeable, listened to our concerns, talked us through the process and spent 3-4 hours at our house doing a full inspection and patching up every potential entry point.That evening my husband and I sat in the back yard and watched bats exit our attic one by one and laughed knowing they would not be able to get back in.Thank you to Matt and Rob - they truly are the “Bat Guys”!Service: General wildlife removal
