Very knowledgeable and had to come out 3 times to make sure he properly cared for the juvenile bats. Matt was very honest about what needed to be done and what didn’t. We had a great experience with Matt! When getting work done on our chimney, a colony of bats was discovered. Matt came out the next day to inspect the whole house and determined that the chimney had the only evidence of bats. He set up one way doors and advised the chimney workers on how to remove his work so they could finish fixing the chimney when the bats were gone. Matt was very flexible and easy to work with. Would recommend. Overall, BatGuys has earned a reputation for providing excellent wildlife removal services, with customers highly recommending the company to anyone facing similar pest problems.
We had old guano in our attic and Matt came out to inspect and provide a recommendation. He could have oversold us but did not and I truly appreciate that. He came out when he said he would and sealed our attic to prevent future bat infestation and guaranteed the work. I called around and his pricing was better than what else I found. I would call this company again.
I used these guys about 10 years ago for a mouse problem. Unlike exterminator services, they found the source and eliminated the problem permanently without a long term contracts with poison. They were at my house inside and out for a full day closing up entry points. Still going strong 10 years later, no issues
We had a great experience with BatGuys! I contacted Matt after seeing a bat in my attic one night and he was quick to respond and came out the next day. He was very honest about what needed to be done and we felt like his pricing was fair. He put together a quote for us and the work was completed within a week. I’m happy to say we are now bat free and I would definitely recommend him to anyone with the same issue.
