He emailed the written quote later that day and was very responsive when we had questions.<br>The crew showed up on time and worked very efficiently. Al checked in on-site during the job and even texted us progress photos to let us know no roof boards needed replacing, which we really appreciated. From start to finish, the job was done in 6 hours.<br>Also, a little detail that I liked is that the pipe boots chosen blend in great with the GAF oyster gray shingles. “We had a squirrel getting into our attic.Called empire to install new flashing around the chimney to keep the squirrel from getting in.Jim Sullivan came right out to my house and provided a fair estimate.The work was completed within 10 days.Empire replace 4 skylights in our kitchen a few years ago and they did good work with no drama, no chasing, no stories.I'd gladly call them again for more things to get taken care of.”

The owner, Mark, was always available for any questions and the multiple times I had to change the contract because I couldn't decide on design. And then there is Steve- the man who made sure the work ran smoothly and even put his expertise into design. The window in the picture was once a bow window; old and outdated. This look achieved what I call my yelling window, opening in awning style, had the box out so I can continue to put up my decorations in my kitchen, and maximized sunlight and a clean look. The workers that came along were beyond courteous and respectful to not only me, but my home. No doubt, I would use them again.<br><br>Of note, and someone who shops around (and can be cheap at times)- you get what you pay for. I went with Brooks which may have been a little more expensive but the service, design, and company itself were outstanding to work with. Not 1 headache was had in the entire process of this.”
