They did a great job explaining the issue in a way customers could understand and the work was all completed the same day. They were the most reasonable and the most professional for a new system with up to date coolant. Everyone was super friendly, nice and professional.

We came home to no heat a few weeks ago. After calling many companies to see if they could come and help us with no success. We were just about to give up when Callahans called us back and said they would send someone. A short time later Ryan showed up. He reassured my brother and I that he would not leave until we had heat. (Having gone through the Sept 13, 2018 incident and the very long cold recovery period of no heat just the thought of was not helping.) Sure enough he got it up and going in a short time...… WE HAVE HEAT!!!! I found out through Ryan that Callahans was one of the companies that came and helped on the night of Sept 13, 2018 to help shut off the gas meters etc and also helped during the 9/13/2018 Columbia Gas Recovery. (He even knew the men that put our boiler in- that was proof enough for me.) Thank you Callahans for coming to the rescue again. Everyone from the woman who answered the phone call and calling back to Ryan were very professional. I would highly recommend Callahans.
