“We hired All Times for a complete gut renovation of our primary/master bathroom in January 2024 after they were recommended by multiple friends and they are everything you’d want in a contractor! The owner, Eliel, is responsive, fair, efficient, kind and trustworthy and so is every member of his team. Having people in your home can be disruptive, but his guys were so careful, respectful and incredibly hard workers, it truly didn’t phase us as much as I thought it would. We didn’t work with a designer, so when I was having trouble with some decisions, Eliel was very helpful. He gave his honest opinion, which led to us saving some money in the long run and getting the most out of our space, even keeping our two windows I was having trouble parting with! When I wasn’t happy with where I had them place the vanity, his guys were back here next day to fix it with smiles on their faces despite the extra work. They are all just the nicest guys. Our bathroom turned out beautifully and we feel good knowing everything was done the right way by a seasoned contractor. Do yourself a favor and hire Eliel for your next project, big or small, you will not be disappointed!!“

“Bruce Stivaletta of Stivaletta Corp. solved two tricky construction problems I had. First a home basement was flooding during a major storm and nobody else was interested in helping. Bruce immediately came over and installed a sump pump under extremely difficult conditions. The second problem. Bruce replaced a drainage pipe under a driveway after the first company punctured the two-house gas line. After the line was repaired Bruce was able to carefully replace the drainage pipe without incident. I wholeheartedly recommend he bid your project large or small. His prices are fair, and his work is superb. I plan to ask him to bid the next house.“

“Modern Yankee Builders did a multi-room remodeling for us. They were involved from the conceptual phase (the beginning), through planning, all the way to the end. It was a great experience from beginning to end, everything was fantastic from the design ideas to the professionalism and punctuality, and of course the work itself was beautiful. (And Joe is a great guy, important if he's going to be around your house for a while). A few years later now (2017-first project was 2013), we've had Joe back to do a massive remodeling project for us, we demoed an entire floor of my house, studs, floor, and exterior wall included. We rebuilt a family room and master bed/bath in the space. As always with Modern Yankee, every detail is beautiful and all timing issues and unexpected problems were taken care of. There are so many remodeling horror stories out there that they're almost the norm; with Modern Yankee everything stays on schedule and ends up looking even better than imagined. And as before, Joe is a pleasure to work with, always important for someone that's going to be around for an extended period of time. Exquisite work, no hassles, on schedule, pleasure to work with...what more can I say?“

I spoke with Lori in Design and she patiently talked me through the available options and set service up for me the next day.Chris and Maxwell arrived early next morning to set up and prep. Chris and I discussed what was happening in the system and what was going to occur during the job. Everything was completed and tested by early afternoon and they did a terrific cleanup on what was a very messy job.Next evening (March 6), we had very heavy rains and the system handled it without issue.I’m very pleased with the outcome and happy to have worked with these excellent employees.“

“A neighbor referred me to Di Matteo Plumbing. I was looking at replacing an old water heater 50 gal tank to a small energy efficient tankless water heater. I had received quotes for several big name plumbing companies in the area. This was a bigger job but I did some research on costing etc and the big companies were off the reservation. DiMatteo was the only company that provided me a reasonable quote and I liked the idea of the father/son family concept. I didn't really vet whether they did these changeouts but entrusted them with the project. I was NOT disappointed. Enio guided by dad did a BANGOUT JOB. They did go above and beyond my expectations. They came on-time, did the job in the expected timeframe and built a custom shelf for the water to be snuggly mounted into the wall. The only hiccup in the operation was when my dog Cosmo took the liberty of introducing himself to Enio's dad. Enio's dad does not like dogs. They even fixed the blemishes that the other high priced plumbers left without asking. 5 stars. I highly recommend Di Matteo plumbing.“
“Overall I am very satisfied with the workmanship that Chris the handyman had performed acrossed the years with my projects at my house. To name a few, Chris installed the ceiling drywalls on my second floor apartment, crown moldings, repaired an emergency water pipe, and sprayed foam my entire basement joists. Chris is professional and communicate well and is always reachable by phone. I look forward to many more projects that my wife will come up with where I don't have the time or the skills to complete.
