My expectations here were low, but what I got was an incompetent therapist that had Significant communication challenges. Despite the unpleasant experience, I was still willing to give her a tip given the low price of the massage. When I told her I would give her a cash tip she said it was $20…wow 40% for a bad massage….stay away!
I did not feel like the service was very professional and I was left feeling bruised and sore the next day. I have had other massages elsewhere and have never had this happen. I would have appreciated more of a conversation on problem areas before beginning.
Stopped in here recently after work. I was able to park out front which was very convenient. I was greeted with a big smile and a nice "hello" by Lisa at the front desk. Lisa was very friendly, personable and courteous. The Spa was exceptionally clean and well maintained. I am not sure if they offer refreshments like water or candy, etc. But, I am guessing that they do. The Spa follows all COVID-19 protocols and mandates. The restroom was also very, very clean and well stocked. Judy was my massage therapist and she was fabulous! I got the light-medium touch Swedish massage. There are a variety of lotions/oils to choose from. Judy was very professional and friendly. My massage left me feeling relaxed, refreshed and invigorated. Thank very much, Judy. I appreciate the excellent massage. And thank you, Lisa!
