My experience every time I go is amazing. I've been going to balance spa for about a year now and I'm very particular about what I like and I must say they are good their customer service is phenomenal they give you water candy and business card where you can get $10 off when I first came they had a card with they stamp it every time you come and you will get a free one so overall they are five star especially due to me having an injury now I have a herniated disc actually too I recently got a massage that help me so much because she worked on The kinks and knots out so I promise you if you go there you won't be disappointed and there's always parking that's big.

They were very nice. The hot stones were warm and not too hot for me. The pressure was very strong and a bit painful for me. For those who like a strong massage it may be fine, but I wish I had asked for lighter touch beforehand.

I received a Groupon for a 50 min Theraputic massage plus Hot Stones. I looked online, their prices are extremely reasonable as well. The location was a little hard to find, but I just parked on Walnut street and walked around the corner to Washington street.This is a no-frills, professional place.I was greeted right away and quickly shown to my room.My masseuse was Dora she was so nice and attentive. She even tied up my hair when I forgot to bring an elastic.Dora made sure the pressure was okay throughout my entire appointment.
