Front desk doesn't answer the phones. Office is run very inefficient. Most of the doctors there are competent but some can be rude and curt. Getting to their third floor offices requires using the elevator, but there are stairs in the back of their office that only if their nicer staff are present will let you use. If you have any emergency, this is not a practice that can accommodate that because that would require being able to get through on the phone.

Dr. Choi was very professional and kind. The staff were nice as well. However it seems the practice runs inefficiently. Arrived at 1:15 for on time appointment for my child. Wasn't seen until 1:45 for the initial exam by the tech; then back to waiting room and until 2:15 until seen by MD. For an office that is providing pediatric care, this is not ideal to have your kid sit in the waiting room for one hour. Many other patients were waiting in waiting room as long as we were. It seems the practice needs to work on efficiency via some quality/practice/process improvement efforts .

I have seen none of the problems cited by others. My doctor is Jill Smith and she is knowledgeable (of course), answers questions, and both caring and pleasant.

I have never had to wait long to start the process once I arrive. Sometimes there is a short wait between the preliminary exams and seeing Dr Smith but the entire appointment is less than an hour.

Dr Smith performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes and everything went well. I see her annually for checkups.
