I recently had an appointment with Dr. Cheng and Shaaron, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Both were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to ensure I was well-informed and comfortable throughout the entire visit.
It is clear that they truly care about their work and their patients. They were both very nice and provided exceptional care. Thank you for making my experience such a positive one!
Everyone was extremely compassionate, I had a lovely experience. Amanda did a great job with my cleaning. Dr. Cheng was very nice and informative, and Laurie was extremely helpful with scheduling!! :)
I knew I needed a new dentist for some time, but hesitated after years of not clicking with any dentists. I was recommend NCDC and it was the first time I was actually happy to attend the dentist. Dr Cheng spoke with care and concern for me and my teeth, and didn’t make me feel ridiculed at all for improper oral care. The medical assistant, Kayiki, had great therapeutic communication as they worked with me. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit!
