I can't say enough about the team over there. They say dog is a mans best friend, I think my dog left there today with 5 best friends. Pleasant, professional, and caring. Fantastic experience all around.
I've had a wonderful experience at Newton Animal Hospital over the past four years. The staff are caring and compassionate as well as efficient. I always felt like my cat was in the best hands!
I cannot say enough good things about this hospital. My cat is naturally very *spicy* and unfriendly at the vet. At our previous vet, I absolutely dreaded taking my cat in as I always felt that the vets would just give up and give her a cursory exam or even shame me for her behavior. My experience at Newton has been the exact opposite. Every doctor I've worked with has been incredibly thoughtful and helpful in managing her stress and has never made me feel bad for a having a spicy buddy (and Dr. Ning in particular is such a cat whisperer!
