I can't say enough about the team over there. They say dog is a mans best friend, I think my dog left there today with 5 best friends. Pleasant, professional, and caring. Fantastic experience all around.

I cannot say enough good things about this hospital. My cat is naturally very *spicy* and unfriendly at the vet. At our previous vet, I absolutely dreaded taking my cat in as I always felt that the vets would just give up and give her a cursory exam or even shame me for her behavior. My experience at Newton has been the exact opposite. Every doctor I've worked with has been incredibly thoughtful and helpful in managing her stress and has never made me feel bad for a having a spicy buddy (and Dr. Ning in particular is such a cat whisperer! We've also had really positive experiences with Dr. Rezek and Dr. Ferrick) Their recommendations are always thorough and explained patiently to me. Sandy and everyone at the front desk is superb and have gone above and beyond to make sure we get the prescriptions we need. The vet techs are insanely nice and always seem happy to see my cat even though she is a disaster lol. The wait times are always short, the practice is clean and I always leave feeling like we are in good hands!

I had a wonderful experience with my very nervous cat. They were right on time and so kind and patient. My cat is a little chubby but there was no guilt just professional advice. I have been to many veterinarians and Newtonville animal hospital is the best! Thank you

Best vets around! I used to go to VCA and there was nowhere to park, they kept us waiting forever, the waiting room was crowded and unpleasant, and the staff was rude. And the doctor ordered a bunch of unnecessary tests only to tell me the results were inconclusive. NAH is the complete opposite - ample parking, comfortable and well-appointed waiting area, short wait times, friendly staff, highly competent doctors.

Dr Santos took care of my dogs for 6 years. Sad she’s gone. The office staff and providers are all different from when I first started coming there. I can’t tell yet. They seem attentive and nice.
