One of the best gym in state. Cons : recovery area lacks massage chair , compression sleeves like other locations... and this applies to all lifetime , the toiletries and café menu needs urgent revamp . Incredibly outdated

Loved the locker rooms (hot tub, sauna, steam room) and exercise classes (Ronan’s yoga classes were the best!) but it just got too expensive. I also had a negative experience with a personal trainer where they said I’d look much better if I lost 20lbs. I get it, I was at a gym to get healthy, but that was not motivating to hear. It definitely is a bit of a bro/barbie culture. It was wonderful to use the facilities but the culture is not very welcoming.

The Good: ? The staff is super friendly—always ready with a smile! ? The location is so convenient. ? Love the cafeteria area—great place to chill or grab a bite and to work from. ? The music? It’s always on point—really gets me in the zone! ? And best of all, it’s usually not too crowded, so I can actually enjoy my workout.
