I cannot recommend Michael Atwell and J May Home Inspections Inc highly enough! Michael was professional, punctual (he arrived early just to get a jump on the exterior inspection), and is clearly passionate about doing the job right.
What truly set him apart was his incredible thoroughness and attention to detail. He examined every inch of the property — from the roof to the foundation — and didn't miss a single thing. Mike is a responsible professional honest, punctual to the time service is very great, look in detail all things on the house inspection. I did hose inspection week a go and he found invisible things which was not inspected by necked eye thorough smell on first day day of inspection and use the device which detect gas leaks. Later after he Re-inspected second times he found 7 leaks which the sellers agent told us as they fixed with boiler. I want to said thank you Mike and God give you long life for his transparency of professional and for all. I recommend for any one who need inspection for house J.May home inspection. *****(5*).

Mike Atwell of J May Home Inspection recently inspected my new condo. He was extremely helpful from our first phone conversation and throughout the inspection. He was very punctual and spent three hours looking closely at every feature of my home. He did not rush, answered my questions and patiently explained how many of the systems and features work. He sent me a detailed, preliminary report within 24 hours, and quickly followed up with a final report by US mail. My realtor said she had never seen such a comprehensive inspection report.
