my injectors have all been excellent - however the newton location schedule is insane. they cancel on you DAY of even with only 1 hour notice. Additionally, they will schedule the incorrect date and just mess up the process. Lastly, they have someone named Brenda who works in the front who is very passive aggressive and rude. Braintree location is much better then needham, but I would avoid ideal image all together.

Brenda Cataldo, clinic manager of the Newton, MA. Ideal Image, is very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions. I'm very comfortable going back to have my fillers & Botox done. This will be my first time ever having these procedures done. I highly recommend Ideal Image.
