I worked directly with Vivian to handle my flowers need for my wedding. I really recommended Forevermark flowers. Vivian listened to my arrangements requests and color combinations passionly. She’s really well organized. It’s extremely easy to work with her, her professionalism made my wedding planning at ease. I really love the beautiful flowers the team finally arranged. It’s exactly the way how i envisioned. At the end of the wedding, our guests took some of the flowers home because they are too georgeous! I also sent my bouquet, bridesmaid bouquet and boutinnaires for preservations. I couldn’t wait for the final result of it. I’ll cherish the flowers forever....read full review
As a business owner I do know the importance of going the extra mile for your customers. I was very pleased with the great service I received throughout the transaction and delivery. They made a very beautiful arrangement with fresh flowers that had vibrant colors. They were very professional and on time. They even messaged me to confirm the flowers were delivered. They threw in a box of chocolates to help make the person receiving the arrangement feel more special. If I could give 10 stars I would. I love small local businesses because that really care about their customers and go the extra mile.
I love it here! As a colorblind dude with zero knowledge flowers, I usually get very stressed out trying to pick an arrangement, but this experience was totally different. Vivian, Emily, and Chris made it so fun and absolutely knocked it out of the park. Will definitely be back.
