Mr. Wei and FTSICPA did an outstanding tax prep job for me this year. I already received Fed refund today on Feb 28, 2024. There is a missing filing in MA return - mostly due to communication from me, and he is very open to make an amendment in order to fix it. The services provided were very professional, and there is no problem during communication. Thank you FTSICPA for the speedy help.

Mr, Kai and his Financial & Taxation ,They are irresponsible and unprofessional about their work. They do not seem to have enough basic service mindset or attitude towards customers.Me and my husband were Mr. Kai’s customer since 2003 for family tax report. Mr.Kai were nice to us first time and we don’t know how to find a good CPA so we just gave him works over 15 years. Mr. Kai said always he is busy and sometimes he delayed my family tax report but we understood him.Last year he’d been charged $530.00 for my family tax report. Me and my husband are just employee of company and we don’t have any business. He said he increase tax report fee $50 every year. We knew that he charging more every year but 530$ for one family tax report fee is too much. that moment we thought he overcharged for one family than other CPA, so we were asking him price adjustment with reasons but he said he Dosen’t compare with other company the price and he insisting 530$ fee so we paid him.This year we found a good and nice CPA and she charged only 200$. She also gave us tons of advice for bank loan and finance for my family also. She explained everything we need to know with tax report . We never had this kind of explain from Mr. Kai. Always he said he is busy and hurry to work . And she found something wrong about Mr. Kai’s works, so we asking to Mr. Kai about what happened it and amend it if he find a mistake but he denied fix it for us, he said he only fix it when IRS asking fix it even we paid 530.00 for it. How irresponsible and unprofessional ! We were very disappointed his business mind for customer. We very regret that we were his customer very long time even he charged a lot with poor customer mind every year .If you looking for responsible, professional Cpa for your finance, I don’t recommend Mr. Kai and his company.

Called in to enquire about the services they provide, the owner did not even bother to hear about my detailed situation and immediately assumed I was trying to evade taxes and started mocking me for not running my business in a way that would allow them to practice clever accounting. He kept talking about how he does not want to work with new clients in an extremely condescending manner while expecting me to beg him for his services. I would advise against any attempts to reach them as a new client since they clearly do not want any more business.
