    UPDATE: I wish there was a way to give you zero stars after reading that explanation. I don't think a professional salon would write something sarcastic at the end of an apology. Farah, I don't think your qualified to tell me what fits me best. Having fair policies are reasonable but how you implement your policies constitutes your customer service practices. Bottom line don't waste your money here, their rude and overpriced!

    Mona has completely given up on doing hair. She messed up my hair and still charged me full price. She colored my hair gray. I did not ask for gray hair. She was good in the beginning but after a couple times she is not how she was in the beginning. I would not recommend her. She tried to curl my hair and distract me from the color but it was horrible!!!!!!

    I moved here from Southern California 17 years ago and struggled to find someone who knew how to properly cut and color my hair. I'm a 2C wavy hair type with super long golden brown hair that looooves to pull red. (I admit my hair can be pretty tricky to work with.) I went to countless salons all over Northern VA enduring one bad cut and color job after another, until I finally found Jean Paul at Dolce Vita! He gives expert advice and delivers incredible results every single time!
