I really like working out at Boot Camp in Needham. I haven’t exercised in years so I was really anxious to start. However, all the trainers are so helpful. They really make you feel like you can accomplish anything. They help you modify as needed and they’re always there to encourage you. Anybody that wants to work out should definitely give them a try. It’s a great community to work out.
Childcare is clutch! It’s a great vibe, great people, supportive, inclusive… I love the little health tips they give e at the end of class! Very impressed and happy I joined!
I joined burn just a few weeks ago. Since then my experience with all of the staff and the workouts have been great. They really do care and want you to succeed and get stronger. The workout is always changing daily and the team atmosphere is encouraging. I don’t use the childcare portion but that is such a plus for parents. I don’t feel judged at all and I feel inspired by the other members and staff.
