The young man was very friendly and efficient. He even stayed longer than his intended time just to put an extra screw on the vent cover. Excellent service, now I can breathe clean air again!

Prompt and excellent service for a challenging job. The dryer duct is only accessible from the back of the unit, not via an exterior vent. But it's is in a *very* cramped location, on top of the washer (both full size). Somehow Sean and his colleague were able to move the heavy machines enough to do their work, not rushing and taking care not to damage anything. The duct hadn't been cleaned in 7 years because of the access problem, so I'm grateful they did this work ... methodically and professionally.
