New fave place for Mani & Pedi, I've been 3 or 4 times in the last 6mo. I had Hanna today for a pedi and it was so nice, she took her time and great job. Good selection of colors, nice massage chairs. Clean.

I absolutely love VLux Nail Salon! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and taken care of. The atmosphere is bright, clean, and relaxing, making it the perfect escape for a little self-care.
Len is truly extraordinary with nails—her attention to detail, and precision are unmatched. She takes the time to listen, offers great suggestions, and makes sure every nail looks flawless. I always leave feeling pampered and polished, and my nails last beautifully.
The entire team is warm and professional, and it’s clear they really care about their clients. If you’re looking for a salon where the service is top-notch and the results are stunning, VLux is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I have been going to V Luxe for a few years now. I'm never consistent, but always go back to them. Everyone who works there is incredibly kind. Huge bonus that every single person in that place has treated my children with extreme care and made them feel like getting their nails done is the most fun treat in the world (because it is!).

I am so disappointed. I have been coming to deluxe nails and spa and Newton center every week for a very long time. Two days ago I had a pedicure a spa pedicure, which cost more and a dazzle manicure. Everything was going well until the manicure. The manicurist told me she was in a rush because she had another appointment. I told her that she really needed to take her time that I was spending a lot of money that day and him in this particular shop every week or two for a manicure and pedicure. I knew when I left that she had not waited enough time for my nails to dry. But I left, hoping that my dazzle polish would last the one or two weeks as advertise. This morning in my shower, the polish peeled off on a few nails without nail polish remover. If they were thick, I peel them all off in the shower and came back to the Luxe nails and spa in Newton to ask that they simply reapply the polish. I knew it was going to be a problem, but I didn’t think it would be this much of a problem I asked for the manager they said the manager wasn’t there which was not true. Then the manager appeared and I said she said you have to prove it. You have to prove it I said are you calling me a liar? I’m here every week. I spend a lot of money here. No that’s our policy. You could be lying basically is what she inferred. There was no use talking with her. She said oh we’ll do it this time. I took a deep breath and said boy oh boy this is the first world problem. There are so many nail salons in Newton center I don’t Need to be aggravated and I told her you’re making what I consider to be a big mistake. your quality was not even this past time and you should’ve simply graciously made it right. Instead, you lectured me about how people lie to you about it in the past and I don’t even know what at that point. I said I’m done and I’m leaving and I won’t be back and the people I know who come to you will no longer be coming to you Because I really for something like this on a beautiful beautiful day in Newton. I don’t need to be aggravated over incredibly ridiculous and inappropriate customer service or lack of customer service so I give them a one star and I give you all my suggestion recommendation that you not frequent this spa this nail spa. I’m not sure I’ve ever given a review like this before and in fact, I feel very calm I walked out that was that I was done. She was a very very foolish manager. She just lost a lot of money thanks for listening and I’m sorry. I had to write such a review. It’s not my style, but I would not go there if I were you, it’s inconsistent and she was absolutely wrong and and rude to me in fact inferring that I was a liar over it nails really anyway I’ve said way too much but I’ve said what I needed to say and gotten it off my chest thanks for listening

This is probably the 6th nail salon I've tried since moving here and finally a salon and nail professional that's great! I just did a walk-in to try it out and was introduced to Sam ... marvelous! Just wrapped up my 2nd acrylic fill/gel manicure and there will be more!

I had the worst experience at this salon. They were so rude and screamed at me more than once in one day. They were not willing to help or admit that they made a mistake. DO NOT COME!

I moved to the area a few months back and I’m so glad I found V-luxe! I get my nails done every three weeks and they always do a fantastic job. I never feel rushed or anxious while getting a service. Everyone is so kind! I’ll continue to come here!
