“Everyone has worked so hard to make the experience my rescue Chihuahuas go thru the best it can be. 2 years from growling and trying to bite to a easy visit with the help of a little calming medicine with all the Ladies that love them. Chico says ok if you must and Vera says rub my belly please. Pics below waiting to get our nails trimmed -- not scared to death thinking they were back at the shelter in Texas. We wouldn't go anywhere else !!“

They all care about the animals they treat and make me feel like my pet is in good hands. I haven't had much interaction with the other vets in the practice.“

Jen (I believe her name was) was incredible to plan with, and very helpful and supportive. Dr. Parrott was able to come out that same day, thankfully.
Dr. Parrott went above and beyond to inform us every step of the way and make sure we were as comfortable as possible, along with our dog. He didn't rush the process, and was very gentle and kind. I was nervous, not knowing him before this, that we might get someone who was insensitive or who rushed the process. I'm so grateful that was not the case, and that we ended up with Dr. Parrott. We were able to lay our dog to rest in a peaceful way and really soak in our last moments with her.

“My dog was bit pretty bad by a much bigger dog yesterday. I was on my way home from vacation, car was still packed. I thought he needed stitches, but wanted a vet just to verify that before I drove to Lawrence ( emergency animal hospital) it was noon time on a Saturday. My regular vet was closed, I called 5 other vets and no one would see him. I called SRH and explained the situation. I said I would pay just for their opinion. Not only did they see him, but they were able to treat his wound with 4 staples, sent me home with antibiotics and an anti inflammatory for him. The called our kennel for all the paperwork on his shots, they called animal control, etc. They did everything!! Might I add that I expected to pay a whole lot more! Such a reasonable price for exceptional care!! Highly recommend!! Thank You SRH!“
