Justin showed up like a plumbing superhero, armed with his trusty snake and the determination of a man who’s unclogged one drain too many.

He wrestled that clog into submission faster than I can say “spin cycle,” and now our washing machine is draining like it just signed a deal with Niagara Falls. He was professional, friendly, and somehow managed to make unclogging pipes look cool.
