When you're not feeling well you don't want to wait long to be seen. The ability to make an appointment online was easy. I arrived a little early and didn't wait long to be seen. Both the intake med tech and the nurse practitioners were thorough, listened attentatively, and helped diagnose and prescribe treatment. The whole process was seamless and painless. And everyone was wonderful.
