I have only had good experiences here. Kind staff and a knowledgeable and competent doctor who listens.

This place is by far, the worst clinic I’ve ever encountered. Doctors are VERY unprofessional especially Dr.Pinto. She makes a lot of rude and disrespectful comments. I’m not sure how she even got her degree as a doctor because she’s not meant to be one.

Please avoid this place! Especially if you have high deductible with your medical insurance. The doctors here will squeeze every penny out of your pocket as long as one word out of their mouth could justify the item/service they could charge you. A bunch of sneaky people with few medical ethics, even the code reviewer and insurance company can't do anything on the unreasonable overcharges.

Was a good experience I was only a driver for someone with an appointment here

Please do yourselves a favor and do not bother with this office. Firstly, both of the people whom I spoke to on the phone in order to schedule my intake appointment with my new doctor were extremely rude and dismissive (I'll elaborate on one of my encounters later). Secondly, scheduling my appointment was very challenging. I informed the office that I was having horrible back pain. They scheduled me for three weeks out (understandably, since Covid-19 has rendered this an insanely busy time for doctors), but the week before my appointment, they called me back stating that my appointment would have to be rescheduled for a few days later and switched from in-person to telemedicine. I agreed and was ready for my appointment on the scheduled day, only to call in and find out that they had mistakenly told me the wrong day when they'd scheduled me; thus, I had missed my appointment. Frustrated and disappointed but still keeping my cool and willing to give it another try, I asked if I could reschedule, only for the male receptionist to tell me - and I quote - "I'm sorry, but we don't have any appointments available in the near future. It would be a waste of your doctor's time." I wish I could tell you I was making this stuff up, but I'm not. I'm not sure who the people at this office think they are to tell a patient having a legitimate medical issue that they are a "waste of time", but the office of Lahey Health seriously needs to reexamine the quality of the services they are providing. I understand that the person I spoke to today might have been having a bad day, but regardless, that type of behavior is unprofessional and uncalled for. I will be seeking medical services elsewhere and advise all others to do the same.
