Had a major fail with a cracked main waste pipe (iron) from a 2nd floor bathroom. Called Needham Plumbing and Heating, Zack came, took a hard look at the situation and signed on for the repair! This was no easy fix, it involved cutting through the cast iron pipe and removing sections. All was encased behind a two story closed-in plumbing chase. He arranged for demo help as we had to remove the ceiling in a downstairs half bath. He upgraded the connections to the tub, re-set a toilet and made sure that everything was tight with no leaks! This was beyond exceptional work, done quickly with good communication and the repair will last another lifetime. Highest recommendation.
Highly recommend Zack at Needham Plumbing and Heating. Our tankless hot water system developed a gas leak, our current service company wasn’t responsive enough so started making calls and Zack returned my call promptly, knew the nature of the problem immediately, came out to inspect the system, provided quotes for repair vs replace and we decided to go with a new system. He was able fit us in a timely fashion, did the work himself and his attention to detail and passion for his work was very apparent. Fair pricing, quality work, will plan to use him for all of our future plumbing and heating needs.
Zack came in and took a look at a tankless water heater issue we were having and immediately new the issue in our new home.
