It was my first time visiting the store and the staff was absolutely amazing it was the easiest experience I have ever had picking out frames and ordering and placing my order! I will definitely be back and my husband will be the next customer. I’m not sure the gentleman’s name I dealt with nor the name of the manager but they were both great to deal with
We've been here at least twice, and the Manager, Kerri is absolutely amazing! She is so knowledgeable, patient, and has such an eye for what suits your face and coloring. She scours the store to find something you might like, and you know what? She's always right!! Her pick is what we ended up with. They have such a cool variety of frames, always modern and up to date, Including the classics. I love Warby Parker frames, and it was a complete pleasure shopping here.
Very attentive staff and the eye exams are very thorough. The prices are very competitive and, in most cases, much cheaper than competitors. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
