Rosa is by far the best hair stylist around!!!!! She colored my hair, added highlights, and cut it, and it looks absolutely amazing! Met a woman at Rosa's today who when leaving said coming to Rosa's was like meeting friends for coffee. Her salon has a neighborly feel. She's always pleasant and very considerate especially during covid. She's skilled but open to suggestions. It's always a pleasant experience.
