I joined Physical Ed’s about two months ago, and I cannot say enough nice things about the gym and the owner, Ed. I was intimidated to join a new gym, but Ed is extremely welcoming and goes out of his way to introduce and connect everyone in the gym. Ed is a great trainer that wants to see his clients succeed! As someone relatively new to weight training Ed was really thorough, starting from basics and more than willing to demonstrate an exercise multiple times. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a fresh start to their fitness journey-- in addition, his gym really fosters a sense of community with everyone extremely friendly and personable.

I’ve had a great experience at Physical Ed’s Fitness in Natick. As a new parent, my schedule can be very unpredictable and chaotic. One of the things I appreciate most is that the gym is open 365 days a year, with long hours from early morning to evening. That flexibility allows me to work out whenever I have an opportunity, which has made it much easier to stay consistent and stay on track with my fitness goals.
The facility is clean, neat, and very well maintained, including the bathrooms, which are always spotless. The gym also has excellent equipment and everything needed for an effective workout.
