Worst nail technician I have been to. I have been getting my nails done for 25 years and never complained. I tried this place today and was awful experience. My nails took 2 hours for a dip. The technician Cece should not be doing nails. It took her 40 mins to take off the dip. She used a ziplock bag and put Acetone in it after three attempts she finally wrapped them in foil and the dip came right off. My nails came out uneven and the surface is bumpy. She did not even clean my nails underneath. The manager took only 20 percent off so it cost $57 from the normal $76. Poor customer service. I have gotten 3 HydraFacials here and they are great! However, they book 45 mins (I book online so it tells me) and they take 25-30 mins. I thought the first time the girl just rushed but now I have had 3 and they have all been less than 30 mins. I would recommend you set the time to 30 mins if the service is 30 mins. I did give ask and they just sort of said 'OK'

I asked the manicurist if I could soak my nail, being that the tool she was using had already taken the dip powder off, and started to burn my actual nail. I told her it hurt, and I didn’t want her to use it anymore. She continued using the tool on my nail. I spoke to a manager about it and nothing was done.Service: Manicures
