Serge took great care of us back in March. Compared to our previous tax office, we were grateful that there was ample free parking on-site, and that there wasn’t a long queue out the door. So this office location was already A LUXURY in our perspective. But in all honesty, it took us almost 3 hours when we filed together for the 1st time last year with TurboTax. Serge got everything squared away in under an hour, and his pricing was incredibly reasonable. He also answered all our lingering questions with patience and professionalism. If we forgo TurboTax next year and make another appointment with Jackson Hewitt, it is purely based on the positive experience we had... read full review
