I love visiting a New You Spa. I go every two weeks for the best massage. The staff is welcoming and kind and the space is clean. There is a lovely atmosphere and many services including facials, manicures, pedicures, and more. Parking is always easy and complimentary. I highly recommend a visit -- or several!

I went for a manicure and pedicure today with Hoa and she was so kind, attentive and wonderful! It’s rare to find a salon where you feel like your technician really spends quality time on you but Hoa was absolutely incredible. Can’t wait to go back!

I’m embarrassed to say that I’ve driven by A New You a million times and have never been there. Last month I went on a few Milton FB sites seeking a recommendation for massage therapists in the area. A New You was recommended several times so I took the plunge.
Let me tell you this…..Yvonne at A New You is THE BEST massage therapist I’ve ever had. I’m very particular. I like deep tissue. I like karate/fist chops that “beat me up”. I like massages that are from strong hands. strong. I don’t like elbow and arms (I feel like this is a sign of weakness in the hands).
