“I have a Persian (Ellie) who I failed at proper grooming as a kitten, so she doesn’t love it now that she’s older. I’ve taken her to a number of groomers over the years and she’s never come back looking and feeling as good as she did from Wags N’ Whiskers. I skipped her getting a bath-unless she goes with her sister and gets done together, Ellie is exiled and bullied until her sister warms up- and her hair and coat still looked great. The cats being groomed at times when there’s no dogs made such a difference, she had a pep in her step from the moment she came out of her carrier. I have a puppy who I’ll be bringing in to get groomed, as well as my other kitty when she’s due. Highly recommend (especially for cats!) Couldn’t be happier! T“

“Our nervous and anxious dog has always had a hard time going to the vet, but we’ve finally found a place that is able to treat him without him experiencing a panic attack. What they are doing works wonders!

In terms of pricing, it is reasonable, I appreciate the treatment and prices so much so to drive out of my way +35 without traffic.

They must have had his nails trimmed inside of four minutes. They are absolute pros and I am so thankful to have them right down the street!“

“Incredible experience with our high energy German Shepherd puppy. They’re understanding and supportive of not fixing big dogs early and allowing them to still come to daycare in a safe way. When our dog got sick in the car on the way to daycare, they not only bathed him free of charge but also came out with cleaner and rags to clean the trunk of my car for me. Riot loves his friends at Hilltop and we are always thrilled to send him!“

“I visited this location for the first time last week, and was pleasantly surprised. There was NO animal or pet food odor at all, unlike many similar stores. It all seemed nice and clean. I was there for the fish section, and the tanks were pretty clean and fish looked healthy. Their live aquarium plant selection was rather small BUT they were almost all in good condition, which is rather rare for chain store plants. Their live Betta fish were all in clean water, and also looked healthy. You can tell a lot about a location by how their Bettas look. As an ex-parakeet parent, I also looked in on theirs, and they, too, looked perky and healthy. I will definitely go again in the future, as long as the standards are being kept up.“

“LOVE everything about each good human who works there and how fabulous my standard poodle looks when we leave. They take the time to be patient and kind to her and me! They are SUPER busy so follow the rules... be on time, cash or check only, and DO maintain their work on your precious pet yourself in between appointments, by at the very least brushing/combing. It is just COMMON SENSE. Your pet suffers if you don't. We feel very lucky to be a regular customer and will be for years to come. We have just added another standard to our family and she starts there in the coming weeks. They genuinely ADORE the pets they take such good care of. Ask them if there is anything you can do in between appointments to make their appt with your pet easier. Grooming a dog is hard work, and they all work hard.“

“I love Metro Pets. They are always on time. And they return my precious standard poodle on time and beautifully groomed with a call 15 minutes in advance. Madison is a highly skilled groomer and she and Willow are a lovely match. I highly recommend Metropets. Not all groomers can handle a standard poodle cut that looks like a poodle but not too frooffy. Willow and I love Madison and Metropets.“
