“New American Tree removed a large ash tree from our property recently. We were blown away by their operation and frankly, stunned by the high level of service we received. Eliton quoted us a very reasonable price and was able to schedule us within days. On the day of the service, the crew (at least 6 people) showed up on time and got right to work. It was clear that safety is a top priority (as it should be) and every person had a role and did it well. Nobody standing around. The equipment used was impressive, top notch. They were sure to put barriers down so the large crane didn’t damage our driveway and someone was constantly sweeping, raking and picking up chips. They were a great team and the job was completed in just a couple of hours. Cannot recommend Eliton and his team enough!“

They arrived on time, worked quickly and professionally, carefully using their large crane to remove the tree safely from the roof. They quickly chipped the entire tree, and cleaned up the remaining debris from the roof and yard. This was an outstanding job, and we will definitely hire them for any tree work in the future.“

“Steve removed a lot of trees from my back yard, and he gave me a very fair price. It was a difficult job as my back yard was only accessible from my neighbor's property. And while my neighbor allowed access, that's where her cooperation ended. Steve had to work around her fence, which she wouldn't allow to be properly removed (on my tab). Steve removed the softer wood, and left the hardwood, as I asked.He supplied his insurance information quickly. He showed up promptly to remove the trees, and he was able to tolerate my next door neighbor, who I am sure made the day more stressful than it needed to be.Before you contact one of Worcester's well known tree services with a lot of good reviews, know that last year, when I tried to have the trees removed, I contacted this very popular, large tree service. They promised me over and over that they were going to take my trees down. They strung me along and never did the job, and then left for the winter. I honestly don't think they ever intended to do the work, but weren't honest enough to tell me. Clearly they don't need the money and don't care.Hire Steve! He's a good guy and does good work.“

“Phenomenal workers! They didn’t just trim the extremely large maple tree perfectly, they cleaned the gutters, picked up all the debris, raked, used leaf blowers, also used a hose to clean off the house, roof, gutters once completed. Extremely hard working, friendly crew and I highly recommend!“

“They came out and cut back 2 large trees and cut down 3 other large trees for me. They were able to get me on the schedule way quicker than I was expecting (for that I am so grateful, you took a huge weight off my shoulders getting this taken care of so timely). VERY reasonable pricing. All the workers were friendly and extremely mindful when it came to my property, landscaping & decor. They were careful to move everything out of the way. They worked well together as a team to ensure no damage was done to any property as they brought the trees down. I was surprised at how quick they were able to complete the job - which also included blowing all the sawdust away, raking up the areas and hauling off all the debris. It only took about 4 hours. We really wanted to have people who were knowledgeable and focused on tree and environmental health rather than just cutting trees down when we became concerned about a couple trees that seemed unhealthy. Julian did our evaluation, came up with a comprehensive plan and within a matter of weeks a crew was out and addressed the removal of a couple trees, trimming of some others, and a support for another tree to strengthen it. They finished a pretty extensive job in only a few days and cleaned up like they were never there. Eve came by today, a couple months after, to do the specialized soil treatment to maintain one of our feature oaks and was a pleasure to speak with.
